As a course author, I have taken what has worked successfully with my counseling therapy clients and applied it to my courses. Although courses are not a substitute for counseling therapy, it is possible to have transformation by using what you learn in my courses, practicing the skills you learn, and being willing to engage with your relationships in more sensitive and optimal ways.
